Testing Capability - Experimental Testing
• The current experimental equipment includes density meters, electronic balance scales, combustion chambers, hardness testers, drop weight impact testing machines, scratch resistance testing machines, pendulum impact testing machines, tensile testing machines, high and low temperature test chambers, thermal aging test chambers, drying ovens, odor bottles, etc. Formulate rectification measures for the non-conforming items of the test and conduct re-inspections.
• Fully interpret the product material requirements and product assembly performance requirements in the technical SOR, and conduct tests in accordance with the DVP requirements.
• Make full use of the resources of the main engine manufacturers and cooperative experimental institutions, and regularly organize on-site exchanges and learning for experimental personnel.
